Son organisation repose sur quatre branches d&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie:\n<br>\n <br>\n(i) Bureau d&#8217;\u00e9tudes et Impression 3D <br>\n(ii) Optique et Lasers <br>\n(iii) Electronique et syst\u00e8mes <br>\n(iv) Prototypes et M\u00e9canique, <br>\n<br>\nAccompagn\u00e9es d\u2019une cellule d\u2019infrastructure des exp\u00e9riences d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des salles d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation acc\u00e9l\u00e8re leur d\u00e9veloppement avec en point de mire les meilleures conditions d\u2019Hygi\u00e8ne et S\u00e9curit\u00e9.\nLe LAC Tech\u2019 structure ses activit\u00e9s \u00e0 travers des r\u00e9unions internes hebdomadaires pour la coordination ainsi que des r\u00e9unions techniques interdisciplinaires pour d\u00e9cider des choix techniques et organisationnels. Nous concevons et r\u00e9alisons des pi\u00e8ces unitaires ou des ensembles m\u00e9caniques complets n\u00e9cessaires aux exp\u00e9riences de physique et d\u2019optique du laboratoire. Nous sommes \u00e0 l\u2019origine de nombreux prototypes r\u00e9pondant aux exigences des travaux exp\u00e9rimentaux. Notre atelier dispose d\u2019un parc de machines outils conventionnelles et de deux fraiseuses \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique qui permettent de couvrir une large gamme de capacit\u00e9 d\u2019usinage. Il est en charge de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019\u00e9tudes, de la mise en plan, du suivi de r\u00e9alisation d&#8217;ensembles m\u00e9caniques d\u2019un projet d&#8217;instrumentation scientifique. Ce service g\u00e8re aussi les deux imprimantes 3D du laboratoire.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ultimate-post-heading ultp-block-bf02c6\"><div class=\"ultp-block-wrapper\"><div class=\"ultp-heading-wrap ultp-heading-style15 ultp-heading-left\"><h2 class=\"ultp-heading-inner\"><span>D\u00e9veloppements<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Syst\u00e8me d\u2019accouplement d\u2019enceintes \u00e0 vide\u00a0:<\/strong> Op\u00e9ration d\u00e9licate en ultra vide, le concept a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi \u00e0 partir d\u2019une \u00e9tude cin\u00e9matique des \u00e9quipements dans l\u2019environnement. La mise en \u00e9vidence des d\u00e9fauts m\u00e9caniques ainsi que les d\u00e9fauts de sol a permis de conclure sur un nouveau type de ch\u00e2ssis compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un outil de mesure sp\u00e9cifique. L\u2019outil renseigne sur les \u00e9carts entre brides. Les degr\u00e9s de libert\u00e9 du double ch\u00e2ssis permettent la mise en position parfaite des deux brides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Four de C\u00e9sium\u00a0:<\/strong> Four pour la chauffe et l\u2019\u00e9vaporation du m\u00e9tal en le distribuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement par l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau inox fritt\u00e9 de densit\u00e9 25%. Le concept r\u00e9duit l\u2019utilisation de pi\u00e8ces sur mesures, rend les op\u00e9rations r\u00e9currentes de d\u00e9montage et nettoyage complet le plus simple possible. \u00c9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 externe et interne par le seul joint de bride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HREELM (High resolution electron energy loss microscopy)\u00a0<\/strong>: Conception int\u00e9grale d&#8217;une source d\u2019\u00e9lectrons d\u2019ions\/\u00e9lectrons constitu\u00e9e d\u2019un assemblage ultra-pr\u00e9cis de 8 disques plac\u00e9s \u00e0 des potentiels sp\u00e9cifiques, pour laquelle il a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 une structure innovante en forme d\u2019amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre pour un guidage de faisceau d\u2019\u00e9lectrons\/ions m\u00e9caniquement stable et r\u00e9glable de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur pendant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sous vide secondaire. Ceci dans une pi\u00e8ce de 15 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur avec les 8 distributions \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FIBback\u00a0: <\/strong>Projet inscrit dans le cadre de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le ion par ion d\u2019une source d\u2019ions c\u00e9sium \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle sub\u2010nanom\u00e9trique coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 une colonne d\u2019ions focalis\u00e9s \u00e0 atomes froids. Le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de la trajectoire de chaque ion par contre\u2010r\u00e9action, est bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019information issue de la mesure des \u00e9lectrons d\u00e9tect\u00e9s en co\u00efncidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conception du bloc d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes de d\u00e9viation d\u2019ions (quadrup\u00f4le sous vide secondaire) pour permettre l\u2019\u00e9tude et la validation de la qualit\u00e9 de la corr\u00e9lation ion\u2010\u00e9lectron au niveau microm\u00e9trique puis nanom\u00e9trique. Une attention particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e aux probl\u00e9matiques de\u00a0 de vibrations, stabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9lectrodes et blindages magn\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rateur BAF\u00a0:<\/strong> L\u2019exp\u00e9rience consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rer des mol\u00e9cules de monofluorure de baryum (BaF) par ionisation (temporaire), puis ralentir les ions cr\u00e9es un champ \u00e9lectrique puls\u00e9 uniforme, puis les neutraliser une fois stopp\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conception du noyau d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9rateur \u00e9lectrostatique constitu\u00e9 d\u2019une succession d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes parfaitement concentriques mont\u00e9es sur un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9glage XY une fois en position dans l&#8217;enceinte \u00e0 vide. La maitrise de la concentricit\u00e9 a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9tude tr\u00e8s pouss\u00e9e pour que les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment garantissent la concentricit\u00e9 une fois assembl\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9monstrateur grand public de quantification de conductance \u00e9lectrique d\u2019une jonction atomique\u00a0<\/strong>: L\u2019appareil d\u00e9forme un fil d\u2019or \u00e9tir\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re progressive et nanom\u00e9trique et d\u00e9montre les aspects quantiques lorsque la section du fil s\u2019approche de l\u2019\u00e9tat
